"When Delta completely let us down, and I mean completely, at least Sheraton was there. We aren’t big travelers, so when I found out I was going to have to miss an extra day of work that I could ill afford for multiple reasons, (I had no idea the airline would pick up the tab…it’s happened to us a couple other times and they’ve just smiled, waved and said, “Sorry guys, we’ll see you tomorrow!”👋 I was looking for something close to the airport… Long story short, I had to pay, but I wasn’t mad. I got a good sleep and believe me, I needed it for the day that followed…🙄"

"Photos need to be updated to reflect the current look but the stay was good , outside of the water getting cold fast when you have a large party of people. But the house and area was great aside from the maintenance the owner should look into. "

"Positives: The host was kind and responsive by email. The beds were comfortable. The house accommodates a lot of people. Negatives: Unfortunately, the house was in poor condition. When we arrived, there were cigarette butts and other litter outside in front of the front door and along the sidewalk. The hinges were loose on one of the bathroom doors, causing it not to close properly. The toilet paper holders were not affixed properly. One of the shower doors was completely off track and when I contacted the owner, he did not send anyone to fix it, despite us needing to use that shower because of us having a disabled person needing to use that shower. We could not locate paper towels, dish towels, oven mitts and other kitchen necessities like wooden spoons. The coffee maker did not work. There was a shoe print on a guest bedroom wall with cockroach guts still stuck to the wall. Conclusion: The house has promise. The way it is being managed is problematic. The cleaning crew is not doing a good job. When I communicated with the owner/manager about the problem that needed attention because of my disabled father, he apologized and offered us a late checkout. Sorry, but that didn’t help. We needed the shower door fixed so he could take a shower. "
