「We arrived at 17:00 and we were told that we could not check in since the room was not ready. We booked the restaurant on the rooftop but to access to the rooftop, we need to come down to the ground floor every time.」

「　評価が良かったので選んでみたが、車が無いと不便な処だ。ダゴパカールに行くのにも、タクシーを呼ばなければいけなかった。周りには、小さなワルンが有るだけで、レストラン一つ無い。珍しく、部屋に電子レンジが備え付けられていたが、それよりアルコールがなかなか手に入らない、イスラム圏なのだから、ビールぐらい置いといて欲しいものだ。ベッドからテレビが見られないのは、残念。」

「スタッフがみんな笑顔でフレンドリーでした。また、スマホのプリペイドがなかったのでどこか買えるところがないか聞いたところ、わざわざ雨の中買いに行ってくれました。朝食バイキングもインドネシア料理がバイキングで満足でした。」

「ホテル内は清潔でしたがシャワーがお湯が出なくて残念でした。夜中寝るときバイクの騒音がひどく寝られなかったです。ホテル横にガソリンスタンドがあった影響でしょうか。そのほかは問題なかったです。」

「This hotel tries really hard; has spacious rooms with high quality furnishings, and excellent personal service (e.g. ringing you up to ask if you want breakfast room service). The location is away from Jalan Cihampelas but it is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Handy for Lembang, Istana Plaza and the airport. Very good value-for-money indeed. Foreigners should be aware that no beer or wine is served.」
