"Stayed 2 nights in their Family Room. Rates are affordable, room is a tad small for 4 adults but it's alright. We had a decent stay. Breakfast spread is not huge - filled with local food. Not much healthy options but it'll do. Location is excellent as it's just across the road from s shopping mall Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). Loads of stores along the roads to patronise. Staff are friendly and nice."

"The environment is clean. The staff is friendly. Only thing i don't like is there is no wardrobe and dressing table."

"Overall, our stay was good. The staff could speak English, and were very helpful, helping us with directions, as well as problems with our Grab car. We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. There is an open-plan shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away, which had a large supermarket and lots of eateries. "

"No issues during check in but air cond in the room need to do some servicing as it was not cool at all. Room key card was unable to use and I had to wait about 15 mins for technician to come and replace a new card."

"I am not sure if the hotel is a budget one. Very Small tv. Room lights are very very dim, i dont understand why cant it be brighter? Comforter doesnt change at all only bedsheets changed and that we have to inform to get it done. Breakfast spread very very limited. However, service was tiptop very nice hotel crews."

I was in one room and my son was to sleep in the next room in what I thought was a two-bedroom apartment. But it turned out that we had been given rooms nine floors apart in a high-rise apartment building and key cards could be used to access only the floors we stayed on, so we didn't have access to each other.
