Decent stay & price

The service all around was very good, especially during the buffet breakfast (delicious!). The room was quite roomy however the cleanliness and condition left more to be desired (marker marks on the blind, smelly fridge, for examples). Overall, a good stay for one night in Bandung

The staff at every level were fabulous! The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Rudy in the restaurant were excellent and made a difference to our stay there m! We will definitely recommend this hotel

I stayed for 3 nights on business trip and I can easily said that they have fulfilled my needs during my stay - fast internet connection, fast in room dining service. Plenty of breakfast choices and good coffee make my morning great. I would recommend this hotel for those who wants to visit Bandung. I will definitely come back here for my next visit.

Super Hotel

Had a great stay in this hotel. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The room was modern and spacious. My favourite part was breakfast where chefs, Pak Mulus and Pak Adhi made a number of custom made local dishes for me to try on top of the buffet which was available to all. The dishes were delicious.

I trusted the name of the hotel and my expectation was met to some degree. However, the pool was too small for adults and operation hours (8 am to 8 pm) were not convenient.
