"Great hotel with great friendly staff. We stayed in the family suite for 8 nights and it was perfect for 4 of us. The description says 3 bathrooms but it’s 2 1/2 and the half bathroom causes odor throughout entire condo if the door is left open. The stove does not work and there is no microwave to warm things up. The property is located by very few street vendors but there are a couple of restaurants and 7-11’s near by. To get to places is about a 20-30mins taxi ride, but very easy most...

"Everything was excellent, from the reception on the taxi and the check-in with Prim, to all the staff on the hotel restaurant for breakfast or dinner, Dom at the aquatherapy, and all the staff on the pool. I was speechless with the quality of the hotel, especially with the service of the staff that was always kind and helpful.
