"We loved our stay here. The house is in a great location. It’s absolutely perfect for families. It’s spacious, clean, comfortable. The new kitchen is beautiful. The pool is great. The landscaping is beautiful. Beth the property manager was so responsive. The owners texted to see how things were. Just so friendly. I can’t say enough great things about this property. My kids loved the house. We would definitely book here again. My only negative which is not a negative really, there’s maybe 65 light switches that all control different things and I was not good at getting certain lights on and off, but that’s not a real negative. This house is wonderful. Do not hesitate to book here "

"We rented the entire house for 5 adulrs and 2 children and i loved that we were all able to have our own space and come together in the main living area for movies and meals. There was an issue with the hot water that was quickly rectified. The house came equipped with everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Blue Dolphin. The owners were lovely, very responsive, and clearly put a lot of thought into the design of the house. The house itself is located on Cruz Bay with gorgeous sunset views from the pool deck, a well-stocked kitchen, beautiful indoor and outdoor common areas, and spacious bedrooms. The property manager was very accommodating, he coordinated with a rental company we hired to have a crib set up before our arrival, met us from the ferry to show us how to get to the house, and immediately addressed a few small issues with the house.This was our first trip to St. John and we absolutely loved it - beautiful beaches with crystal-clear, calm, shallow waters, easily accessible snorkeling, interesting hikes, and abundant wildlife. If you’re thinking about booking this trip and this house do it! "

"Beautiful views. Property is equally beautiful. Bedrooms are nice and cool (good AC) and well stocked with linens. Dipping pool was lovely as it was hot! "

"The highlights of this property were its spaciousness, privacy, and prime location. The house had a big open great room that looked out on the very large screened terrace. A huge space for just the two of us. Would be good for a small family. There was complete privacy from the neighbors. The house is on a hill with a nice view looking out on Hart's Bay. The terrace was great for sitting and enjoying the view and the ocean breeze. The house was clean and neat and we had everything we needed including things for the beach like towels and chairs. The A/C in the bedrooms only was nice for sleeping. Conveniently located near grocery shopping and gas station. We had great communication with the property manager who on the first day guided us by phone in our rental car to the property because the driving in St. John is challenging. Parking on the island is not easy -best to get to the beach early in the morning or later in the afternoon. "
