The Space:
Upon entering this single-story townhome, a wide foyer welcomes you into the spacious villa. To the left of the entry hallway is a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, featuring a bathtub and separate shower. To the right is a second king bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom.
Continuing down the entry corridor, you’ll find a powder room on the left and a stackable laundry closet on the right. The hallway then opens into the heart of the home, featuring a spacious living area with a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room with a Smart TV. French doors open toward the ocean, while high ceilings and large glass doors leading to the patio create an open and airy ambiance—perfect for cooking, gathering, or simply relaxing.
Just off the living room is the largest king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, offering breathtaking ocean views and direct access to the back porch through another set of French doors.
All bedrooms in the villa are equipped with Smart TVs, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and beautifully appointed en-suite bathrooms for comfort and privacy throughout your stay. 🌴

Check-In Process

Check-in arrangements are based on your arrival time, party size, and familiarity with the villa. Guests who have stayed with us previously or are familiar with St. John may request a self or virtual check-in, which can be arranged upon approval. 🌴

This location is a true gem, with the beach just steps from your back porch. Close to town yet serene and peaceful, you can enjoy morning walks along the shore collecting beautiful shells, take an evening dip in the calm waters, or spend the day paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling. 🌴
Getting Around:
BOOKVI highly recommends renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle to comfortably navigate the terrain on St. John. We are happy to provide a list of trusted local rental companies, and we also have a few villa vehicles available for guests when available.
