"Absolutely spot on all round. A lovely house in an ideal and peaceful spot on Isis lake. It’s clean, airy and has a lovely terrace to sit on overlooking the lake. A short walk to the playground, tennis courts and short cut to South Cerney. We stayed initially as 2 adults and a 2 year old which was very spacious and then 4 adults and a 2 year year old which was a little cosier but absolutely fine. "Perfect for a couple and the view across the fields was beautiful. Location is very quiet and has very easy access to the A420 into Oxford and the A34. There is a dedicated parking place and easy access to the property. Modern bathroom and good kitchen facilities. There are a couple of good pubs nearby, although we never tried the Plough in Appleton. Chantal was a great host and responded very quickly to a query we had about the heating. "

"Very nice cottage in quiet village. Evie is a great host and came right over to fix the TV and bring us a few items that the cleaner had missed. The cottage is very comfortable and has a lovely back garden. It was chilly while we were there so we liked being able to sit in the glassed in area of the kitchen.
