Staying in this charming apartment is an experience that involves all the senses and creeps into the heart with its timeless charm. Located just a few steps from the sea, this architectural treasure rises majestically in the landscape of a small Venice, framed by its sparkling waters and canals.

On the ground floor, as you cross the entrance, you immerse yourself in the welcoming atmosphere. A set table invites you to sit down and share convivial moments with your loved ones, enjoying local delicacies.

Going up to the first floor, a living room opens up in front of you that is more than just a relaxing environment: it is a meeting place for the soul. A comfortable and inviting sofa, Here, a well-placed TV offers entertainment and recreation, while the natural light that filters through the windows gently illuminates the space, creating a great atmosphere.

On the third floor, the master bedroom becomes your private retreat, a place where you can retire and regenerate after a day spent exploring the wonders of the city or enjoying the gentle caresses of the sea. The bathroom, with its finishes and its details, promise an excellent relaxing shower after a long day spent with your toes in the sand and the sea.

This privileged location, so close to the sea and immersed in the magic of Sottomarina, completes the stay experience, transforming it into an indelible memory that you will carry with you forever. The property offers free private parking. In addition, you can use the nearby beach with an umbrella and sun loungers.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation und dadurch schneller Check in. Sauber, nah zum Strand und Stadt . Unterkunft ist 3Etagen aufgeteilt und sehr typisch italienisch.
