チンボラゾ ホテル

「Location was good. Some of the plugs were not working.」

「窓際におそらく前の宿泊客の靴下が置き忘れられていた。」

「Great location for anything downtown whether business or pleasure. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable and great boutique property.」

「古い建物のようですが、汚さは感じませんでした。駐車場代がやたら高いのが気になりました。」

「I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the staff welcomed me immediately. The room was very spacious, almost like a suite. In walking distance of the restaurants in downtown Richmond.」

「We loved everything about the Jefferson」

「Was ok as a Hampton but no breakfast in the morning, this is a 100% satisfaction guarantee failure so the hotel should have refunded everyone in full but only did it if the guest specifically asked for the refund they were entitled to - shows a real lack of integrity by management. As we booked through Expedia and not directly they refused to give Expedia the refund!」
