「The room was very clean. Had everything we needed. Great shower. The people that work there are amazing. There was always someone who spoke English. They were willing to help. From putting new battery in my luggage scale. To giving directions to ATMS and the main square. Also directions to the best coffee shops in town. The breakfast was better than average. Let use have a late check out without charge. It was a little warm and there was no AC but the window did open and make it tolerable. 」

「rooms were very clean and all you need in Puerto Natales. Staff was very responsive to our needs. we were able to leave our luggage there while we hiked for 5 days because we were returning after the hike. it was nicely located near a lot of restaurants and shops. definitely would stay there again Bang Chau M.D」
