「バス停からも近く、宿の方も親切でとても良かった。シャワーの圧や温度も良かった。一点、クレジットが使えるが手数料が高くかかるとのことで現金払いにした。一時的だと言っていたが不安な方は事前に確認した方がいいと思う。 Good location from bus terminal and very kind hospitality. Shower temperature and pressure is good. I really satisfied. Just one point, I did not use credit card due to high handling charge. Receptionist said it is temporary due to credit service company issue, but if you concern, it is better to ask prior to check in.」

「プエルトナタレスからバスで国立公園管理局まで3時間、さらにそこまでホテルからピックアップに来てもらって、とかなり不便ですが、お部屋やレストランからパイネの山々が見渡すことができ、素晴らしいロケーションです。 毎日いろいろなエクスカーションがあり、グレイ湖氷河遊覧クルーズ、フランセス谷への往復5時間のトレッキング、ビューポイントをバスで巡るツアー、に参加しました。山の天気で、強風だったり、雨がパラついたりと、刻々と変わり、残念ながらトーレスデルパイネを見ることはできませんでしたが、スタッフがとても親切でいろいろ楽しませてくれたり、また他の参加者とも話したりして、とても楽しく過ごしました。 が、ピックアップ代、エクスカーション代、全てお金がかかります。」

「I had a very good stay - the hotel is centrally located and you can walk to various restaurants. I stayed in two rooms - one faced the parking lot: the view was not too nice but it was quiet. The furniture in this room looked a bit dated. On a different day I had a room facing the sea. The view was great but this room also faced the busy street which was a bit loud.
