The room was lovely with an amazing view and surrounded by nature and close to everything. Might have been nice to have a fridge but other than that perfect. It was clean with a lovely bathroom. On our one full day there we had a lovely breakfast, did the two hikes back to back (the beach hike is nicer), took in the thermal baths and then went out on a boat trip with Daniela and had a great time with the dolphins. The food was great but a little heavy for us. Would have loved to have had some lighter options for salad. Thanks to everyone from Veronica to Esteban to Andrea our favorite waiter.

Our stay at Puyuhuapi Lodge was, regrettably, far below expectations. To begin with, one must book the boat to access the hotel, which is understandable; however, despite having two boats, several guests were left waiting for 20 minutes due to limited space. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and a group briefing on the hotel’s facilities, yet no one mentioned the need to book the boat for departure. The following morning, I was informed that the boat was fully booked, causing considerable stress as we had to continue our journey south. Fortunately, we managed to secure a spot thanks to other guests postponing their departure—hardly the standard of organisation one expects. The hotel itself is charming, with spectacular views and a tranquil atmosphere. Breakfast was delightful, and both the bar and restaurant offered well-prepared dishes. However, the outdoor pools were disappointing—poorly maintained, with only two out of three operational and the water noticeably cold despite being advertised as hot springs. Ironically, there were also issues with hot water in the showers. After waiting over 10 minutes, I was forced to endure a cold shower. Additionally, the senderos (trails) were poorly maintained, which was disheartening for those keen to explore. Given the price, I expected far more. If you seek hot springs or well-kept trails, I would suggest exploring other options.

We really appreciated a splurge here. However, the communication was a bit poor at booking (listing) and leading up to arrival on what was included. We went during off season in spring, and it was delightful. I definitely recommend but call their customer service after booking to get a better understanding of what is going on.

Un endroit merveilleux de calme, de nature, de silence, perdu au milieu de la végétation. Les bâtiments sont très beaux, les chambres vastes et confortables. Les piscines extérieures sont nature et la dernière permet de se baigner dans le fjord agréablement. Le restaurant est délicieux et abordable en prix et le petit déjeuner magnifique !

Uno de los lugares más hermosos paisajisticamente en los que estuve Buena atención y el plus de las termas No me importo no contar con internet ,y la pega de tener que comer en el hotel , siempre se puede recurrir a la cafetería para ensaladas o tablas con precios similares al resto de Chile Las opciones son muy buenas en ambos

muy buena estadía

La estadía fue muy buena, excelentes termas y con una desconexión total. El único punto bajo es la mantención de los senderos. estaban en un estado muy abandonado, sin mantención alguna. sin duda algo que se puede mejorar, considerando que aun es verano y es una atracción muy importante de los visitantes.

O lugar é muito bonito, porém o hotel precisa de uma reforma nos banheiros que são bem antigos, as piscinas externas estão precisando de uma manutenção, lugar mal cuidado, azulejos se soltando, lôdo na borda da piscina. Não existe serviço de bar nas piscinas, então vc não consegue nem tomar um refrigerante. Para vc usar as piscinas internas, cobertas, tem que pagar 12 mil pesos, um absurdo já que vc já paga um valor alto pela hospedagem. Os preços do restaurante são caros, mas vc é obrigado a pagar já que não existe outro lugar pra se comer. Aluguel de caiaques tbem pago por fora.

The property was unique in its location and structure. We enjoyed the thermal baths, the hiking, the guided tour of the Ventisquiro Colgante and the delicious meals (they were able to accommodate our Vegan lifestyle.

What er perfect stay - incredible place with warm spring pools fantastic scenery and calm. The hotel personal are fantastic and to my big surprise so was the restaurant. Absolutely worth at least a couple of nights.

Una belleza natural con muy mala cocina y bar

El hotel tiene una belleza escénica impresionante, pero las cálidas de las comidas es mala y cara, nada de variedad ni buen sabor. El bar algo ayuda, pero es tan pequeño y con poco personal que no da abasto. Hay que ir pero sabiendo Claramente a lo que se va.
