Excellent and Valuable price…

This is a brand new build apartment building. The communication from the management was top tier. You get several pdf with the rules, explanation of ac/water/trash/washing machine/clothes dryer, with pictures to help explain. The trash sorting was easy. Grocery store and pharmacy was with in 6 minute walk. It's a 30 second walk from a subway, and 3 minute walk from a tram.

This aparthotel is located in the very quiet mostly residential neighborhood very near to the Kita-Ikebukero station, which is just one stop away from the major Ikebukero station. So we found the location quite convenient to go to Ikebukero, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. Nearby Lawson, cafe, soba, etc. Seems extremely safe. Great Location. Quiet plus just a 7 minute awesome walk to all the Shinjuku action. Right next to Shinjuku-Higashi train station to get to Shibuya fast. Family Mart was a blessing. The condo was modern and clean. Endless hot water with best water pressure. Washer and dryer area was great and much needed as we packed light. Good enough for a family of 4 adults and I'm 6 foot 3. Owners kept checking with us to ensure we had anything we needed. Easy check in as we arrived after midnight. ...

Host was great and the location was good! The only thing I didn’t realize upon booking was how many stairs there were to get up and down from the basement floor and main floor. Besides that a good stay!

I genuinely enjoyed my stay. It was very clean and quiet. It has a great location since it's very close to the train stations. The communication is very good i had no troubles at all. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back soon.

The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.

The unit where we stayed was very small but it was cozy and clean. You have all of he appliances you need with the kitchen, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator and washer. The refrigerator it’s small so it is better to buy a small amount of groceries throughout the trip so everything can fit in it. The shower is nice and the water pressure and temperature are great. Mattresses and linens were excellent. Elevator is convenient to the room. Intercom is a nice feature. Wish the door had an electronic lock. Getting a key out of a lockbox and having to share one key between 3 people was not ideal.
