By day it's just another narrow alleyway common in Tokyo, but at night the street turns into a mini nightlife area for the salarymen of Tokyo. With numerous tiny #bar lining up, the nickname comes from the fact in the past so many drunk salarymen doing their "bussiness" there because there's no toilet anywhere in this alleyway. Today, regulation has been set in the area so it is a lot cleaner than before. The alleyway is very narrow and can only fit at maximum 2 people at a time so be mindful of your surrounding when visiting especially when there's many drunk people walking by from the bars. The bars are also very tiny and can only fit less than 10 people at a time. If you are not claustrophobic give them a try, it's a special experience on its own :)

Very near the train station, several restaurants and shops . The room was clean and well supplied. If you are used to using a flat sheet on your bed, you will need to bring your own at most of the hotels in Japan. A plus this place has a washer and dryer.

This was a great space. Super clean, quiet, and only about 8 minutes from 2 different subway stations. The response was so fast from management with questions. My ONLY complaint was lack of space to place our large bags and to hang jackets/purses.

Cute & minimalistic apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to convenience stores, restaurants & a train station. The apartment itself is kind of hidden in a side street, so initially a little difficult to find. Came with good amenities — washing machine, spacious bathroom (with toiletries), a kitchen & a hair dryer. Staff were easily accessible & very responsive via email/text. Just a warning for those with large & heavy suitcases: the building doesn't have an elevator. Only brought carryons but it was already a little tight with them in the place (which was already expected). Otherwise, highly recommend!

Its a short walk to the nearest 7-11 for foodies. Nice, quiet area to feel comfortable away from the bustle. Please take notice that each occupant is provided one towel and washcloth so make sure you get laundry soap as it's not included in the stay. Also if you're unfamiliar with japanese bathrooms, it doubles as your dryer using the panel outside the bathroom door to dry your clothes. Be prepared to wash your sheets after a sweaty and exhausting day. It was annoying with only having a top sheet and a duvet as the sheet would constantly slip. We will stay here again. For a 6'4 man and 5'5 woman, my partner only hit his head a handful of times before he got the bearings.

First of all, this is not a hotel, completely not. I booked this accommodation like one month ago before the trip, they will send you a form for submitting your personal information so that they will get you the key information and you have to enter the room by yourself. However, they didn’t give me anything after submitting the form so I send another email to them for enquiry one day before arrival. On the arrival day they send me the same form then I submitted again but they replied that they were facing a system error, so they need my passport photo before give me the key information. The check in time at 3pm, but I get the key at 5pm, and they never apologise for that. One more thing, my room located on 3/F, there is no elevator in the property, so I have to you move all my three suitcases and some bags to 3/F via staircase. Definitely will not stay in this “hotel” again even though it was free, and of course totally not recommended to book it.

It was okay. Realistically better for a single person than two because there isn’t really enough floor space to open luggage. Host also didn’t provide bath rugs, so it got messy in the bathroom with the water dripping on the floor. Same with the kitchen sink. But really, can’t complain as the price is cheaper than any hotel. I would’ve bumped it to four stars if there were bath/kitchen mats.
