"This hotel is in a great location and it’s very comfortable. Amazing views from the lobby. Our room was a little roomier than other hotels in the city and much more comfortable pillows! It’s very convenient for walking around, dining and taking the metro. Staff were very courteous, welcoming, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Everything you need is only a short walk away. "

"Property is amazing and super clear with friendly staff. Everything was spotless. The only negative is not related to the hotel but rather the VIP benefits Expedia gave me. The benefit was free parking which is a ridiculous benefit to give someone visiting Tokyo from the US. Nobody ever rent cars in Tokyo so that wasn’t really a serious benefit "
