Very clean and spacious hotel with nice baths. I also highly recommend the closely located Kawaguchi supermarket and the fabulous authentic Sri Lankan curry they sell.

The location is fairly accessible to public transportation. Lobby design is grand and wish I had spent some time in it. For the breakfast buffet was okay, but expected better selection. View is great on the 21st floor and I enjoyed it. All staff were excellent and polite as usual. Overall a great value for Chiba prefecture and I appreciated the hotel outdoor identification lights! Helps me to spot and find late nights out.
