「Staff has grace: in check in, managers special attendant, breakfast omelette, and breakfast dish attendant. Impressive! I had guests and took 5 rooms - all spoke highly of the property. Btw, my first time for this brand… I’m more of Marriott and Holiday Inn group. 」
「I stayed for two nights over July 4 and thought the hotel was a really good find. On the Delaware River, next to a park, apartment style rooms, on site parking. i would stay here again.
It is listed as part of a casino but that isnt on site and a shuttle can take you there on request. Apparently the property didn't allow kids but it does now. That hasnt caught on yet and my stay was quiet and peaceful.
I thought I had purchased a park view room but was placed in a room with no way to see out...
「I do not have anything bad to say - It did not feel like I was in the hussle and bussle of the city. It had a gorgeous view; just a short walk to food, drinks, and entertainment and the staff could not have been more cordial. I had an awesome stay. Thank you!」
「We had a great stay! The hotel was very close to the ballpark so convenient for us since we went to see the Red Sox play the Phillies. Easy check in and check out process. Room was really nice with great view of the park! I want to call attention to Elijah who went above and beyond in his customer service! He ensured we got a top notch room for our stay. She showed no smile, and even showed her angry face to our 5 yrs old boy, who was just trying to reach the counter.
Very bad experience. Never want to see her again!
