「写真よりかなり狭いです」

「長期滞在に向いた設備が揃っており、その点は不満がない。 ただし、エレベーター４台のうち稼働１台というのはいかがなものか？ 熱波に備え、エアコンはないが扇風機が２台配備されていた。」

「The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels...

「パディントン駅から近く便利。ハイドパーク含めて、とても良いネイバー。 全て満足だけど、気をつけたいのは荷物を預けられるのはハイドパークの建物なので、駅から少しだけ遠くなること。 パディントンの建物にはエレベーターがないので一階で良かったです。」

「3月に7泊しました。エアコンはついてませんが寒い季節はセントラルヒーティングがついているので快適に過ごせました。 レセプションのスタッフは親切で対応もとても良いですが、お部屋の設備は古く、閉じない扉、汚れが目立つソファなど少し清潔感に欠けました。お掃除も毎日入りますがもう少し綺麗にして欲しいです。 お部屋は広く、立地も最高でまたロンドンに行く時は新しく改装された部屋をリクエストして泊まりたいと思います！ 7泊お世話になりました！」

「日本人にも適した宿泊施設でした。施設は非常に清潔です。ロケーションも良いです。施設への入口もオートロックがあるので安心感がありました。 設備についても、乾燥機能付きの洗濯機が２台あり、洗剤も置かれていたので簡単に洗濯できます。 各部屋毎にはIHヒーターやフライパンや食器もあるので、自炊も可能です。 ハウスキーピングの方が、ゴミをほぼ毎日回収してくれます。シーツやバスタオルは週一の交換でした。」

「Great location 2min walk from the station. The rooms are showing its age, but everything functioned well. Overall, good value for money with the daily change of towels + kitchen + good shower strength. Staffs were helpful carrying our luggage. The fridge could do with repairing as not so chilled.」

「The property was clean and well-maintained, with great facilities, and overall it was a comfortable place to stay. Check-in was a little clunky at first, but the staff resolved the issue quickly, which I appreciated. The biggest downside was the noise. There is a very busy bar below the property, and you can hear everything. On the Thursday night of my stay, there was a DJ playing from 9:00 pm until 1:00 am, making it difficult to relax or sleep.
