"Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and had a great view of the city and mountains. Bed was so comfortable and cozy. The heated floors were a great addition too for the winter nights. Great location about 4-5 minute walk to several trains stops! Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Amazing hotel that is very well situated for the many great sights and sounds of Seoul! Amazing customer service, room delivery, breakfast, and room cleaning. 1. Love the 2 free water bottles stocked in the room everyday. 2. The breakfast is totally worth it. Love all of the options. 3. Several bus stops, ATMs, and convenience stores right near the hotel. 4. Subway line is directly in front of the hotel. Amazing! 5. Myeongdong and Deoksugung Palace are nearby. Great pricing as well. Would come back here. 10/10!"

"The location is great and the rooms are nice but what really stood out are the lovely staff. Super nice, friendly and attentive. We had the misfortune of not feeling very well one evening and one of the lovely ladies from reception was beyond amazing and helped us out with taxi, spoke to a clinic for us, made sure they spoke english, spoke to the taxi driver. Honestly a lifesaver! We are beyond grateful. Thank you! "
