「Poor skill of the front desk person for the non-Chinese guest. Took too long for check-in even we had the reservation via Hotel.com. They insisted to pay the hotel fee at the check-in time. I told them that I already paid via Hotel.com but they didn't listen to me. So I had to pay. I am very angry. And it took 35 min. bus ride from the airport to the hotel. It is too far from the airport. I would rather to stay inside the city.」

「The hotel is a big complex with multiple buildings. The surrounding landscape is beautifully designed and maintained. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. But it’s in the Tianfu airport which is far from the city. However the hotel does offer an airport shuttle and the airport has a subway stop into Chengdu proper. 」

「Hotel slightly on the pricier side but definitely worth it. Had to leave mcsrh hotel after 1 night of staying there due to how unkept the place was but this was a contrast. Staff was pleasant to deal with and helpful, clean room, bathroom, laundry. The only complaint is somehow the smell of smoke would waft sow into the bathroom, as well as the noise of construction would can be heard」
