Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Please take note that you need to ask at the information counter close to the Entrance 13 inside the Chengdu Airport. I didn't notice the counter and went out from the airport, then I was in a trouble a little. Shuttle bus driver was kind to me. Check-in process was very quick. 「Poor skill of the front desk person for the non-Chinese guest. Took too long for check-in even we had the reservation via Hotel.com. They insisted to pay the hotel fee at the check-in time. I told them that I already paid via Hotel.com but they didn't listen to me. So I had to pay. I am very angry. And it took 35 min. bus ride from the airport to the hotel. It is too far from the airport. I would rather to stay inside the city.」

「拿了房卡找到了房间号，开门的一瞬间发现里面有住人，然后又调房间。换了房间发现房间电路有问题，总是突然就断电了。然后第二天实在受不了了，又换了一间房间，结果阳台的门锁死了，打不开，最后是赶在退房前十分钟才把阳台门打开，把晒得衣物取回来。从服务上来说和“洲际”相差甚远。」

It seemed there were no store around this accommodation. It would be better to buy food & drink at the airport."
