「Room was spotless , the young lady at reception was excellent. Would recommend if flying from Chengdu TFU airport. I'll definitely be staying there again 」

「Very new and nice hotel only too many people smoking inside the hotel」

「Clean, contemporary airport hotel with fitness room and breakfast restaurant. Everything you need for a 1 night stay near Tianfu airport. Cons were restaurant not open except for breakfast and no lounge bar to buy soft drinks etc and work on laptop. However, there is a small mall with restaurants, coffee shops and fast food outlets 500 m walk away and a late night convenience store in the hotel grounds. I do like to work in a lounge bar, but the room did have a table that doubled as a desk so...

「The room was great. Very nice an clean. I only stayed over night, a very short night. The breakfast was good and welll staffed. The front desk team was very helpful and kind to me. I would stay there again.」

「Poor skill of the front desk person for the non-Chinese guest. Took too long for check-in even we had the reservation via Hotel.com. They insisted to pay the hotel fee at the check-in time. I told them that I already paid via Hotel.com but they didn't listen to me. So I had to pay. I am very angry. And it took 35 min. bus ride from the airport to the hotel. It is too far from the airport. I would rather to stay inside the city.」
