Great location near Chunxi Road and the metro, lots of shopping and food options. The club access is also very convenient with great food options. The staff for both check in and in the restaurant are all very friendly and helpful. My room even had a view of the IFS panda 🐼 can’t fault this hotel, will definitely stay again.

Their staff was putting effort in cheering everyone up during the dinner buffet and I believed other guests also had a wonderful night like me! Best hotel in Chengdu. This hotel totally sold me on Hyatt and I cannot justify staying at Marriott properties anymore. Marriott has taken their eye off customer service and it shows. Grand Hyatt offers luxury hotel experience and simply the best breakfast buffet experience in China.

Fantastic

I'm so glad I chose to stay at this hotel. Excellent on every single aspect and I honestly can't really think of anything negative. Room is very clean and cosy and has a great view of the main road and IFS. Staffs are super friendly, professional and responsive. Breakfast and the lounge happy hour awesome!!! If I ever come to Chengdu again (I definitely will it's such a great city!), I will for sure stay at Grant Hyatt Chengdu again!

Coming from california, we needed a place to stay that was close to the center of town and all the activities and shops and food stalls just to experience the life of the city. I do not speak in Chinese but my companion did which was really really important because even at this great great five star hotel not everyone is necessarily trained for International travelers by speaking english. However everyone did their best, fantastic job to make sure our stay was wonderful and I would happily stay in this fantastic five-star hotel again especially considering the price in comparison to hotels in California.
