"Lovely hotel in the heart of Chelsea. Room even though the most basic, was to a high standard and was nicely decorated & maintained. Staff were friendly and professional
Food for breakfast was good, and we had lunch in the hotel too. This was really nice - we sat in the mini garden which was like an oasis - food (salad) was good and reasonably priced.
Value for money was excellent, especially given it was flower show week, hopefully we’ll be back same time next year."

"For my money best hotel in London. First, location. Right near Buckingham Palace. We walked to Piccadilly, the theaters, Kensington Palace, and the St. James area (Lovely Jermyn Street!!) With no problem. Victoria Station right around the corner.
Second, the physical plant. Absolutely lovely in every way.
Third, the staff. Simply the best, most helpful, charming staff I have encountered.
Fourth, the food. The Michelin rated restaurant soars!!
