"The hotel itself was nice, clean and the rooms do seem upgraded. TV was big, which is nice for a hotel. The hotel cannot handle or manage big groups. There was a group of young kids and their parents for a hockey tournament there, and these kids ran crazy the entire weekend. Playing hockey in the hallways. Yelling and screaming. Literally woke us out of a sleep before 8am on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday we tried calling down to the front desk at 730am. Let the phone ring 40x and no answer. Saturday afternoon around 230pm, same thing. These kids were literally playing hockey right outside our room. We couldn’t get any peace or quiet. We spoke with the front desk for the second time who advised they would send someone up. I can’t confirm if they did or not, but the noise didn’t stop. The breakfast was okay. Although, there is one person filling it, cleaning, and taking care of everything. When we told her the pancake machine didn’t work (Saturday) she advised she’s the only one and too busy to fix it. Sunday, we went down at 8:55 (breakfast is until 10). There was 3 pieces of sausage remaining, absolutely nothing else and not even a plate to put it on. Also, couldn’t find this said worker in order to ask. Overall a really terrible weekend experience. The property itself like I said was nice, wifi worked well. "

"The epitome of FALSE advertisement! No amenities like the restaurant and breakfast buffet they advertise. The carpet is stained. My room had mold in the window frame, large amounts of mildew and dust on the heater, that barely worked, and when it did, it sounded like it was fighting for its life The hot water was hit or miss. The jacuzzi tub was disgusting. The walls in the room were completely scratched and you could see where they use to be pictures or something. I was absolutely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this crap hole to my worst enemy. "

"I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. The Bistro/restaurant was great. The bartender, Lindsay, was pleasant and efficient. Their fries are the best and the Buffalo fried chicken sandwich was yummy. I booked my shuttle the previous evening for 5:20 AM and it was ready and waiting. I would stay here again. "

"We stayed on the 3rd floor and everything was clean, our room was great and had a lot space for a double bed and sofa bed. Breakfast was great, we didn’t use any of the other amenities. We didn’t really interact with the staff, everything was great, very happy with the cleanliness of the whole hotel, some recent post had us worried. We will be back again for another hockey season. The building as a whole is older, but no different from other hotels in the area. The beds are harder than we like, but not super hard. Great place for a family, we didn’t need a pool for this trip. Great location for food delivery. We don’t mind hearing the planes, but if you like a quiet outside area than may not be your choice, wasn’t a lot flights at night so not a big deal. Otherwise seemed like a safe area around the hotel. We will back. "
