"The bedroom suite was excellent. We enjoyed the club facilities. The hotel is a few years old but very good value. Smallish but not overcrowded pool. A good Japanese restaurant. Will probably revisit. Good breakfasts in Club and main dining room. "

"Our experience unfortunately did not match the positive reports we had read. Prior to arrival, I emailed to ask about early check-in, knowing it might not be possible. After a 12-hour overnight flight, we arrived at 13:00 and were repeatedly told to return in increments of 30–60 minutes, each time after housekeeping was contacted. At no point were we offered alternatives or guidance on how to spend the time, such as using the pool or exploring nearby areas. As first-time visitors to Bangkok, this lack of direction left us sitting in the bar until the official check-in time. We booked a pool-view room expecting balcony/terrace access, as shown in the photos, but the doors were locked with a sign stating “Do not open.” This made the upgrade pointless. Because we were never informed about the pool facilities or how to access them, we missed out on that experience entirely. Overall, the main issue was not the inability to check in early, but the poor communication and lack of hospitality. Clear information and proactive service would have made a significant difference."

"The rooms are well maintained and serviced every day. There is a 711 right outside and the airport is connected to a shopping center. At night there are street vendors selling items similar to other markets. Location is great. Platinum Fashion Mall, Centralworld, and Big C are within immediate walking distance, and if you’re the type who likes to walk the skybridge will bring you to Chit Lom or Siam stations, Siam Paragon, Discovery, and MBK Market."

"We enjoyed our stay. Close to the mall, train and other attractions. The only thing that would have made it better would be if the pool water was warmer. Couldn’t even use it. Breakfast was good. Wish it was included. Items were good, but eggs were usually cold unless it was one taken right off the grill. "
