"Hotel stay was extremely disappointing due to unprofessional staff and consistently poor customer service. Despite repeated requests, basic amenities such as water, cutlery, and other fundamental essentials were missing Such negligence shows a clear lack of responsibile and proper service standards. Overall, the experience fell far below what any customer should reasonably expect."

"I stayed for 2 nights. As others have commented, there were a few small cockroaches in the room. Other than that, there were no other issues. The room was spacious for the price, and there was hot water in the bathroom. The hotel provided hand soap and shampoo. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, so I didn't have breakfast at the hotel (they provided free bottled water every day). I think the location is great for sightseeing."

I am appalled by my own mistake of booking this hotel. I have never been duped based on the charge (extremely high) i expected basics to be taken care of. I blame Orbitz for this lack of supervision. "Towels were clearly used and not washed. Just folded to look good. Same with comforter and pillows. Could also see various stains on towels, comforter and pillow. However main issue was the cockroaches. Dead cockroach under bathroom sink had not been cleaned up. Another live cockroach was running around in bathroom. I would recommed skipping this hotel. The pictures dont live up to reality. "

"The bathroom had a broken faucet and the toilet seat was damaged, no hot water. Room service was very slow. They had cookies for breakfast! On asking they did give us omelet!"
