"The staff were very friendly. The room was not in great condition. The bathroom faucet was barely functioning and coming undone from the counter. We had NO hot water. So cold showers were not a great way to end the night. Price was inexpensive but even so I did expect hot water and properly functioning faucets. "

"Lovely friendly staff. The room was dated and the beds felt smaller than queen, maybe a full. Not very comfortable. Furnishings were old and not well kept. Cleanliness left something to be desired. Breakfast was standard. "

"We were very disappointed in our stay this past weekend. Our room was terrible, the chair was stained, the lampshade was stained, the table was beat up, and the room had an awful smell to it. We were in and out of Charlotte for the weekend, and had a very busy itinerary, otherwise I would’ve tried to raise the concern and tried to get another room. I have heard that as an Expedia customer there are sometimes a few options in this area. But, I cannot recommend. The ceiling was peeling, the wallpaper was peeling. I took plenty of pictures, but in the end we just had to meet our obligations in the city for the weekend"

"TV in the room did not work well. I could not turn on/off using remote control. And starbucks cafe manager was not kind and not correct to confirm order. She counted order which I did not order. "
