The property location was very ideal! We felt that if it was a one hundred fifty a night it would have been 4 star but at five hundred a night we felt that it fell short of upkeep and cleanliness. Pictures were a little misleading making it look nicer than it really was. The staff wasn't knowledgeable about the pool depth which I feel is something they should know since it was not marked on or by the pool. Overall for the reasons listed above we would give it a 2 star.

Everything was great. Location within walking distance of downtown and marina. Room very clean and comfy. Check in and out was very efficient and front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable

Move on to something better.

This property had some lower scores, so I can not say I wasn’t warned. Amenities section is a complete scam. Check in is at 4:00p, pool closed at 4:45p. Our unit had no hot water for the first day…there goes “in room jacuzzi”, or even a nice shower, for that matter. When I called our emergency number, she said that it was too late for her to come help. There was a lot of air in the pipes, so lots of noise just to wash our hands. It felt like the Motel 6 of Charlevoix. Gross. Just move on…there are better listings, and the $50 you save on this is not worth it.

Small getaway with our dogs.. go for walks. They were good overnite..

The living room was cold from A/C can't control it because upstairs control it. Front room TV has no CC. Hard to control because of DVD box.. had to watch in the bedroom.. overall was good..

This was the perfect place to stay while renovating our beach house. My only complaint is that the property desperately needs to be renovated. It is stuck in 2001. The condo was very clean and the space and balcony are very nice. It just needs to be redecorated desperately. The beds were very comfortable.

Girls Weekend Getaway

This condo was fantastic for our needs. It is very clean and spacious. There were two of us and we each had our own bathroom and bedroom. We loved the location as we were able to walk all over downtown to eat and shop. Charlevoix is a lovely place to visit!

Great location, good space

This is not an updated condo, but it is clean. We had 4 adults and 3 children and were ok in the space. Don't plan on cooking meals in the condo, just a couple of pans and one small pot. It was fine for us as we got carry out. There is a small table for 4. The pool was a highlight, heated and indoor/outdoor style. It also had a nice balcony. Matt at the front desk is the very welcoming and always smiling. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Old and dingy

Old and dingy...but right in downtown Charlevoix. Would not stay here again. Not clean, holes in the bedroom ceiling, generally a rundown and in need of some serious upkeep.

condition of condo

Our expeciations were not high given the availability of places to stay but this particular condo lacked simply amedities which made it difficult during these times of trying to keep distance and eat meals in. This my list of the important things the condo did not have no baking dishes no tops for pans no toaster literally 4 sheets of paper towel no garbage disposal tv in living room did not work. only enough shampoo for one day and one person. the patio was dirty also understand it is a time to take advantage of the demand to get a higher rent...but the list above would have made our stay easier and not cost the owner hardly anything.

Disappointed in Charlevoix

Hosting someone in your home usually means - making sure their stay is comfortable and clean. Leaking kitchen sink ( with a tub catching water underneath it as if the owner was aware and didn’t call a plumber) cobwebs all over the patio (seats, table, screen door, balcony ledge), black “goo” running from the kitchen sink faucet, crud under the downstairs bathroom faucet, only one extra garbage bag, a hole in the bedroom ceiling, no usable skillet for cooking (we had to buy one), no beach towels (we had to buy 4), and an overall sense that no one really cares about this condo enough to upgrade it (in decades) just not our idea of “welcome to our home, enjoy your stay” Very Disappointed. But we powered through. Matthew the GM was incredibly kind and understanding and fair. We had a very honest conversation and he took care of us. Points North is lucky to have him.
