「The monastery Estates was a beautiful boutique hotel in a wonderful location. The whole experience felt like I stepped back in time. The one concern I had was there’s apparently assigned tables for breakfast, make sure you ask where yours is otherwise you may get yelled at.」

「Loved our stay here. Reception was very friendly and responsive, they efficiently arranged my taxi to and from the airport. The room was very clean and loved the aesthetic. The hotel was conveniently located in old town and quick walk to the Venetian port.」

「Was such a gorgeous hotel and perfect location, my boyfriend and I had an amazing time!」

「Nice hotel. Located in the center of Chania, but a bit noisy.」

「Everything they accommodations were great. The manager was great. We had a fantastic time staying in these accommodations.」

「One of those rare times when the place was as beautiful if not better than the pictures. Clean, well maintained, great location. The staff was very kind and Eva was a great communicator, stopped by to say hi at breakfast our first morning and was very hospitable.」

「The problem is parking and there is no one to help you with your luggage. You have to carry your luggage about 0.3 miles」

「Everything about this hotel was perfection! The details were so thoughtfully considered, and as we needed things, we found that they were all there for us in our room, conveniently placed, and beautifully appointed. Katerina was a very welcoming host and always made sure that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who wants a perfect quiet location and the comforts that you appreciate when you travel.」

「Great breakfast. Amazing location and views. Staff at breakfast were extremely nice. Wonderful stay all around. Location is great for sights but hard with parking as no cars are allowed in the old city.」

「We had an excellent stay, great location, beautiful and historic property. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you!」

「There simply aren’t enough words to praise this property. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted by staff that makes you feel just like family. Not to mention the most beautiful rooms! We had the room overlooking the water and that was incredible! The breakfast in the morning was amazing as were the treats in our room upon arrival! I have to admit my husband and I were both a little sad when our departure from this paradise arrived as we had become attached to these...

「Free wine of Expedia VIP service was not provided by the hotel.」

「This property is so convenient for exploring old town Chania. Everything is at your doorstep. Great communication for our late hour arrival with easy check-in. Room presentation was immaculate.」
