"The room was clean and well stocked when we arrived. All the staff we encountered was amazing. Get a cabana it is worth the cost and the service is amazing. The food is your typically AI fare but they try to keep it fresh and will do their best to make you something fresh if you’d like. I loved the location and we felt same most of the time. The only issue we had was a drunkin domestic dispute down the hall. A man was yelling obscenities and attempting to kick in the door. Security seemed slow to respond and there is no way it wasn’t heard because it was near the front. It went on for far too long and left me questioning the quality of the security. "

"Visiting this Riu property was excellent, you did not want for anything, the beach was large, pool side seating was great and the staff took care of anything you asked for. We had a wonderful time."

"The hotel has a good location and a very pleasant environment. The buffet offers excellent variety and quality, especially for breakfast and lunch. However, I believe the dinner options could be improved, as they were not as impressive. One downside was that we found some cockroaches in our room, which was disappointing and something the hotel should definitely address. Overall, it is a good place to stay if you are looking to have fun, enjoy drinks, and meet new people."

"We chose this hotel because Expedia gave us a great discount since we are gold members and it exceeded our expectations. It had everything that we needed for our stay and it is in a perfect location. The staff is friendly and welcoming and very accommodating. The rooftop is nice as well. A little bit small in terms of space/it gets busy, but not the end of the world. Would definitely recommend staying. "

"Enjoyed our stay. The Activities Staff was amazing (shout out to Leo, Leslie, Paola, Natalia, Davina, and Jorge) and we enjoyed the beach, pool, and evening entertainment. Check in was fine, it it would have been helpful to know that we would have a building concierge who would give us all the specific details (Building 18- Michelle Ramirez was fantastic!). Beautiful property and it met our expectations. "

"Internally the room was clean & presentable. No difference from previous stays. Very disappointed the elevator was not working, considering having to climb to the top floor with heavy luggage. Ouside balcony was in dire need of painting! Cleaning staff where exceptional, and other staff very friendly. "

"The hotel is very well located. It's walking distance to the bus station and main street, at the same time is far from the noise and crowds. The rooms have everything needed, clean and spacious. The pool on the roof is something very special."
