"Conveniently located to the majority of old town Brasov. The hotel was very clean. The women that checked us in were very knowledgeable and helpful. The porters were great as well. "The hotel is ok, but definitely not a 4 star. Pro’s: Good location Con’s: The bed was uncomfortable. No enclosed shower, just an open tub, with dirty jets, taking a shower meant the water splashing everywhere. WiFi reception was terrible. Definitely not soundproof. Breakfast just ok. "

When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz. "great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. Main bed was comfortable according to my roommate. Did have a washing machine which was great though I didn't need to use it for the night we were there. "
