"Great location overlooking the old town square. Very helpful staff allowed early arrival and an early weekend breakfast before our tour. Room 3 was a little noisy, less from the street than from the window to the courtyard with other rooms close by. We never had hot water for the shower, it only became warm after several minutes."

"We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues. It faces the main road so it was quite noisy throughout the night. The apartment itself is also very creaky, especially the loft where the bed is. "great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. However we didnt get any check in information before hand and the building is under construction so it.was difficult to navigate where to go amd where to park.
