"We had a terrible time with our room - accessing it was a pain. They were unable to keep our room key from working and needed maintenance to keep “fixing it”. It would only work for once or twice but then would stop working. Frustrating. The room was clean , friendly staff"

"the check in process went well on friday night, 3/13. the guy was nice and explained everything well. fast forward to the next morning, i was awoken by someone entering my room. utilizing their key card and walking into my room. i yelled out “hello?!” and they responded “ay sorry” before leaving. this is something that should never happen… later that morning, before leaving, there was constantly knocking on my door. before going out to the hallway to find housekeeping saying “sorry” even though this was about an hour before checkout. "
