This was hard to do because the hotel is nice and centrally located, and I think we may have just been there over a very busy weekend, but our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We had to call down for towels. Trash wasn’t taken out and beds were never made. We did not have the door hanger up indicating we didn’t want to be disturbed, and we left in the morning and returned in the evening so there was plenty of opportunity. We stayed from Friday to Tuesday for the eclipse. The front desk staff were friendly and the lobby is nice.

This is a very clean and well-laid out hotel! There are available activities in the large lobby area for families, friends, and teenagers alike. The bedding is -oh-so-soft- and the mattress is very comfortable. I look forward to seeing if their breakfast area is also as high level as the rest of the hotel.

Overall, it was a good stay, comfy bed, decent coffee. The only issue and I've got to give credit to the manager that night and the maintenance guy...was the tv in the room. For not being a techie the manager did everything he could think of. The maintenance guy was very friendly, explained what he was doing, and was very apologetic about the whole situation. Props to that guy! He even explained that even if he had a tv to replace it with, it wouldn't work without going through the rigamarole of getting the "box" to recognize the new tv and that required an hours-long phone call. Give that man a raise!
