「Very nice and helpful staff. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was tasty and the kids enjoyed the pancake machine.」

VIP beverage is just Costco water… Housekeeping not consistent even when specifically requested. Room was either partially cleaned on one ocassion or not cleaned on another. Breakfast is slightly better than average, for US standards…」

「The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom felt outdated. The shower curtain didn't keep the water inside the tub, so the bathroom floor flooded during every shower. The exterior hallways could also use better upkeep and maintenance. Overall, the staff was excellent, but a few facility improvements would make the stay much better.」
