"Really lovely space!"

"Room 127-The hot tub had brown foam floating on the top and there were no towels in the pool area. The pool area was overly crowded. We had a 1st floor parking lot view room and it was very loud at night with people yelling and revving their engines. Our room was for 5 so we had a pull out couch that the springs were nearly poking out of and there was not a comforter provided. When I asked the front desk for one he didn’t think they had one but ended up finding one for us luckily. I took a Luke warm shower but then there was no hot water for the other four in our family to shower. The front desk said that it’s because the hotel was full and the hot tub was taking all the hot water. Positive notes- we were able to book tjis room last minute and I didn’t see any bugs in our room"

"They had an amazing facility. The amenities were great. The restaurant and bar is amazing but the thing that really said it all apart is the staff here is outstanding."

"It’s a holiday inn express you’re getting exactly what you need for a lower cost than some other hotels. Was out all day & only there for the night but everything was as expected. "

"This place was absolutely inviting cozy warm and spotless. Great for couples and families. Plenty of places to eat and explore were close by. Staff could not be any nicer. A Victorian feel but not overdone. I would stay here again and again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The staff was amazing, burger was good. The fan in the room did not work and the phone was not connected…no dial tone…I had to walk to the front desk to order my food which was not a big deal but for as highly recommended as this resort came it was sadly adequate. But the staff was so personable and kind. "
