"The cabin was really cozy and enjoyed relaxing during our stay. Things were clean and if we had more time we would have enjoyed the fire pit and the grill. Grill was clean which is something we don't usually experience. Our only problem was that one of the beds had mouse poop under the pillow. Most likely a bed the people before us didn't use so it wasn't cleaned before we got there. No problem with mice, never saw one. The host answered all our questions quickly and he had the kitchen stocked with everything we could have wanted. The heat was easy to use. Usually we travel with our dog and unfortunately they don't allow pets."
"We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully situated next to a peaceful babbling brook, and well stocked with everything we needed. It was thoughtfully set up for a family and made for a comfortable, relaxing getaway. The location was ideal for exploring the PA Grand Canyon, visiting the state park for stargazing, and being just a short drive from town with great breakfast options and convenient places to pick up essentials. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable home base to explore the area!"
Charming A-frame retreat in a beautiful, natural, and private setting

"Where to start, in reviewing the A-Frame (near Coudersport, Pa)? As my wife and I continue road tripping, (and Dog friendly lodging), the A-Frame exceeded all of our expectations, and then some!! We needed low entry (limited steps) for our aging 4-legged travel companion, and the "front entry" had 2 low steps (onto decking), then the door threshold. Perfect low entry. Once inside, tiny informative (framed wall cards), light switch labeling, etc, began to reveal the type of hosts we booked with...I'll strongly recommend this home for: Small families (of 6), 2 couples, small group/friends getaways, and the like. We brought most of our food, which was our plan, as there are selective places to obtain food. (but, no larger "super markets" though). If you plan to prep your own food as we did, Prepare accordingly... If sweets/danish/coffee/breakfast bagel is desired, Cream & Sugar in town, was great!!! 2 fantastic (near-by) sites to see are, the Pa Lumber Museum, (good misty day thing to do)...If skies are clear, and you're a star gazer type, YOU WILL BE IN HEAVEN!!! Cherry Springs State Park, South on Rte 44, is THEE place for star gazing and observation...(beginner...or Pro)...We can't produce enough positives about the A-Frame. Spacious, private, views, layout, wall decor, BOOKS galore, and Fabulous Hosts...Thx again, Noelle & JonathanChris & Dianne G....would return in a heartbeat...no question."

"This was our fourth time staying at this home, and it never disappoints. It's very cozy, and we love bringing our dogs to enjoy the huge backyard. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the linens and towels are soft and comfortable. It's also convenient to have a washer and dryer on site."
