"The room key did not work 2 different times and could not check in for 40 minutes, receivd another room, that was very dirty, and the floors were cleaned with some kind of oil and I fell 3 times just going to the bathroom and back. My husbnad told me to call a lawyer. I might. It was a horrible experience. ..."
