"Staying at the Nittany Lion Inn is all about location. It is very easy to access the campus and parking is easy with the parking deck next to the hotel. The hotel gives you a voucher coupon for parking, which is a huge plus. The hotel is very nice with a hydration station and snacks available. There are a couple of dining options as well which is convenient. We have stayed in a couple of different rooms. The hotel decor is very nice and the bathroom is spotless and has nice amenities. My only complaint is the bed was not very comfortable which was disappointing. The hotel should upgrade their mattresses to provide guests with a decent night's sleep."

"Absolutely beautiful location, quiet, clean. Bed was very comfortable and everything was in good condition. Breakfast was a large buffet but not very good… housekeeping was also lacking during my week long stay but overall one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in at this price point and the location and cleanliness of the facilities was top notch!"

"Room was decent tho it seems it has seen a lot fo travelers - some of the equipment (exhaust fan) seemed kind of worn, and front door to the room seemed it’s gone through a couple renovations without replacement. But, easy stay and breakfast was wonderful - so it worked for my quick stay at state college for the weekend!"

"My red eye flight schedule had me arriving early. I requested early check in. While they don’t typically do that they kindly accommodated my request with a slight change in room style. I was able to rest and shower before my late afternoon meetings thanks to this"

"The room wasn't clean. When we went down for breakfast most of the tables were filthy. They were out of coffee and didn't offer to bring out anymore. I would not stay there again "
