「The check in process is much smoother this time compared to last time when I was here visiting in July. We enjoy the waterpark both inside and outside beach. However, there were accident that yielded injury guest, most likely not following recommended rule, which shut down one of the best ride, raft rider. Hopefully, they can finish building the 2nd raft rider to accommodate more guests in the future. Would come back again. 」
「Premiere hotel in OKC. Directly next to a great park (Scissortail Park) which has many playgrounds and a farmer's market. Directly across from the Paycom center where the Thunder play. Several top tier restaurants, a huge roof top pool. Rooms are not only clean but very stylish. Windows are huge and have great views of the city.」
「The room was great! We stayed 4 days. I didn’t like that they don’t clean the rooms daily. Only every 3rd day. We paid for the most expensive room they had. I would have at least liked the trash removed and the beds made. 」

Service in our country has gone down so it's refreshing to get great service. All staff was friendly and the place was nice & clean. 」
