「The initial booked room was not cleaned. It had a broken TV, empty alcohol bottles, and towels all over the beds. Then was put in another room that was decent enough, however there was mold all over the ceiling bathroom, holes in the towels, and TV broken. There was constant fights from the other people in the middle of the night so loud that it woke the family up. I normally don't mind because you pay what you get but this was the last straw. 「Arrival had to wait for someone to come to the front desk for a good 5-7 minutes. Elevators unclean, with odor. Studio/kitchenette room for two guests: one chair at desk their for where are you supposed to sit down to talk and enjoy your meal together. Staff are polite when you do see them speaking of the husband and wife team. Housekeeping I had to wipe down the walls, toilet and dust from headboard and etc」
