We opted for a smoking room, but it was still clean and fresh. The bed is comfortable and the room was spacious. We really enjoyed our stay at this loction.

Prepaid booking didnt come through to their computers for 4 hours. Charged me $35 to check in at 12pm vs. 2pm after sitting in their lobby for almost 4 hours waiting for booking to show up. Trash all over the property (broken trash bags). No breakfast as advertised. Card locks on door didnt work. Overall bad experience. I would not stay here again. Would not recommend to anyone. Definitely not worth $80 a night.

Great AC. Affordable rooms

If you’re looking for an affordable place to rest, this did the trick. It was outdated, stained and rundown. BUT THE AIR CONDITIONER WORKED REALLY GOOD, the staff was kind, and the breakfast was decent. My family got the king suite and it was very spacious. Everyone got 9+ hours of deep and peaceful sleep in the cold AC.

The clerk was helpful in finding a room to fit my needs, 1st floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback for my husband and I was the lack of outlets for or CPAP machines.

service was amazing, as far as the hotel room itself, after our kids were playing in the room for about two hours, their feet were BLACK from the carpet. also, there were dirty q-tips and someone else’s dirty underwear underneath the bed.

We had NO TOWELS, NO SOAP, NO REMOTE FOR TV, TV DID NO WORK, MISSING LIGHT BULBS, THE BATHTUB WAS NOT WORKING, EMPTY COFFEE AND I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT CALL IT BREAKFAST, FLOORS WERE DIRTY AND BLOOD SMEAR IN BATHROOM FLOOR! WE PAID $320 FOR 2 NIGHTS! WORST EXPERIENCE AT A HOTEL EVER! I WOULD NEVER STAY AT A DAYS INN AND VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH EXPEDIA FOR RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL!

Ck in was interesting at best. The hotel was cheap and the bed was comfortable and those are the only two positive things I can say. I dropped something by the bed and had to look under the bed and OMG! Empty water bottles, filth, a dirty towel and who knows what else. Very smoky smelling and suppose to be a smoke free room.

Just Disgusting

When we walked in the smell of smoke from the old room hit us like a ton of bricks. The plug ins were hanging off of the walls and the wires were exposed. The bathroom was discusting. They had spider webs and something stained all over the walls. The shower head was hanging off of the wall. The drain for the tub had mold and nastiness all over it. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.

Our room was not available. We had to wait. The one we had scheduled was taken so they gave us another room which had bugs in it. The remote control did not work then they had to switch us rooms. It was very inconvenient. The staff was not helpful or friendly, there was no toilet paper in the second room and then they did provide bug spray for me. Thank you for that.

We made a reservation for 2 nights. We stayed 1 night. We had an emergency the next day and had to leave. They could not refund the money for the second night. That was unbelievably disappointing, so I 'm not sure if I will be staying with them again. I mean its like they don't care. If it were them, they would want a refund also for the 2nd night that they did not get to stay for because of a family emergency. Something should be done about this.

Do not stay here, find another place!!

Check in was great. However once we got to our room, which was late at night, we realized we didn't have a shower curtain and no rug to put on the floor. How can you forget to put that in a room?! So of course water got everywhere. Also shower had hair all over it. Room was very dirty. Thankfully we were only there to sleep and leave early in the morning. Definitely will never stay here again. The place was terrible. Steps for the stairs were broken. Oh and we got fussed at not once but 3 times by the staff! Saying that we were being complained about for making noise on the second floor. We were in bed sleeping, it was the neighbors having the party.

Liars and Thieves

After check in, my son and I went to our room. The room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The bed was unmade and trash was everywhere. I went to the front desk to request a refund. The guy who checked me in tried to lie. He said he thought I was staying another night. I explained to him that he just checked me in, took my credit card info, issued me room keys and told me where my room was. Had I already been a guest, he would not have to do any of those things. Hotels.com was not able to issue me a refund as this garbage hotel refused to do so. The guests ahead of me in line were denied hand towels because the hotel didn't have any clean ones available. I would NOT stay here if I were you.

I thought Windom was a great company with better hotels, but I was wrong. This Best Western was very tired and run down. Our smoke free room stunk of smoke and had burn marks here and there. It was filthy, my wife scrubbed the floors and furniture. Then in the evening a mouse came visiting. Upon checking out I told the manager that the room was filthy, he just gave a thumbs up and smiled. Maybe no English??
