「4階の部屋でした。欧米の古めのビルによくあるとおり階段がないことが大きな障壁でした。常駐のスタッフがいませんんし。重たいスーツケースを自力で持ち上げること、あるいは下ろすことは、高齢者やケガをしている人間には苦行です。 部屋の掃除は担当者によって快不快が変わります。4泊の滞在中3泊はよかったです。しかし日曜の担当者は非常に悪かったです。トイレットペーパー等の消耗品は補充なく自分で対応（トイレットペーパーがないことは本当に困りました）、もっとも驚いたのはバスマットがバスルームの高いドアの上に斜めに架けられていたことです。失望しました。」

「The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door. WiFi went out. Coffee maker did not work. Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site.」

「Fantastic location. Spacious clean room. Very accommodating - I requested for a baby crib which they said they didn’t have initially but when I got there, it was there. 「部屋はまあ受け入れることができるが、廊下が非常に臭いので部屋まで臭い。シャワートイレは毎日清掃がされている。バスタオルは生乾きの菌が繁殖した匂いがするが5日間交換無し。ヘアドライヤーは壊れていて、交換をお願いしたら出来ないとの回答。電子レンジももちろん壊れていた。 受付スタッフは何も把握していなく、ただ受付をするだけで対応は何もしない。全てにおいてテキトーなのでデポジットが返ってくるか本当に心配。」

「Our family of five stayed 4 nights - this location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We requested a rollaway bed which fit nicely in the living room corner. We also requested extra towels which were delivered the next day. Laundry in basement was convenient for our stacked travels. There was also a shared kitchen in the basement but we didn’t use it. 「It is an old building which doesn’t seem super clean. The host did not respond when I pointed out window was leaking onto the bed. It is really one small bed with a bed in a room attached to it. The bathroom was tiny and takes forever for shower to get hot. It is not worth the price.」
