Wonderful experience for our quick trip.

New hotel and everything worked great!

Front desk was very welcoming and super nice.

Both check in and check out were extremely pleasant experiences. I stayed for an event at Drake, and the location was right across the street from where I needed to be making this an excellent place. Clean, quiet, convenient to Iowa State University (10 mins away).

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and complimentary breakfast was very yummy with lots of choices.

Cool place to take a nap.
