"Pros -view -big room -clean -laundry -shops within vicinity -gym -pool -room looks like pictures -spa -quiet and not too far from city centre -safe and secure Cons -room smelt HEAVILY of bleach -only given one key card so electric was off while I was out. Could not charge my items and when I put my room on DND people would still come in. -lifts too a while sometimes. -NO SMART TV"

"I came with fairly simple expectations, but this hotel genuinely exceeded them. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly made me feel welcome throughout my stay. For the price, the overall experience was far better than I expected. 7-8 mins walk to BTS"

"Stay Here!!!! This was by far one of the best places we've ever stayed at in Thailand for the money! Everything was just great. Great location, great room, Great amenities, fantastic bathroom! 7-Eleven just behind the hotel! The only thing which some may not like is the bed is extremely hard. I loved it but lots would probably complain about how hard the bed is!"

"All staff very respectful and helpful . Treated very well and atmosphere was very peaceful. Breakfasts were excellent and staff went out of their way to make sure you had an enjoyable experience. One server even brought me coffee outside after breakfast so I could smoke and enjoy the weather with my morning coffee. She was outstanding. All staff made sure my every waking moments were perfect. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the way I was treated . I even stating for two more days here at the hotel because of the royal treatment i experienced. Definitely the number one hotel in Bangkok and would recommend anyone expecting proper and professional treatment to stay here. My room was always cleaned and made up with care and expertise. Even with the language barrier, I was always helped and steered in the right direction. The Sunday night seafood buffet was out of this world and should not be missed.
