I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the way I was treated . I even stating for two more days here at the hotel because of the royal treatment i experienced. Definitely the number one hotel in Bangkok and would recommend anyone expecting proper and professional treatment to stay here. My room was always cleaned and made up with care and expertise. Even with the language barrier, I was always helped and steered in the right direction. The Sunday night seafood buffet was out of this world and should not be missed.
