「It was a perfect size for the two of us. It was nice to explore Black Canyon and have such a cozy place to come home to after a day of hiking. The town of Montrose was a pleasant surprise and the house was within walking distance of downtown. I would not miss the speakeasy in town. It was quite an experience. 」

「Friendly host, and responded to any questions promptly. The space was perfect for our stay in Golden. Easy to get to downtown and great location. Would definitely stay there again when we come back.」

「Property is in a very quiet neighborhood near a cute small town area. Very convenient to the interstate for day trips. House is well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. 」

「My wife and I (and our little dog) had a wonderful time in Donna's place along the Gunnison River. In mid-May the river was quite full and fast. It is only 50 feet out the back door with chairs on the back deck or a swinging seat in the yard overlooking the river. As mentioned in her description we had deer walking thru the yard every day. There are places on either side but we never saw anyone or any other noises. Very quiet and peaceful. If you come in May know that at altitude (7700 ft) it...

「We live in Grand Junction and my husband has a doctor in Montrose that he sees for his lungs and COPD treatments. We had fire in our house in GJ and they are still working on repairs so we stay in a camper traileron our property. We have used the Montrose trips as a get-away and out of the trailer」

「This place needs a good deep down cleaning & some much needed repairs. It worked fine for our needs, but we washed any dish we needed to use before using it. Cobwebs in many places. Like the cleaning crew only hits the high spots & not very good at that. Paid too much for the place since it is in need of so many repairs! The pictures make it look much better than it is.」
