Kids club should make an effort to keep the kids busy and parents free, there are several rules and they call you whenever something is off with the kids, we couldn't enjoy a (well paid) spa moment because we had our phone buzzing. In general the staff is kind, but they approach their rules without context making things more complicated/frustrating than they supposed to be. The app is a disaster."

El lugar es hermoso, muy bien cuidado y con una atención a los detalles que realmente marca la diferencia. El servicio fue excepcional. Todo el equipo fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Me hicieron sentir muy bienvenido durante toda mi estancia. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia, cómoda y con todo funcionando perfectamente. El ambiente es tranquilo, acogedor y realmente ideal para descansar y disfrutar. "Amazing property. Super well kept and very clean. Kitchenette had everything you needed you make a simple breakfast and drink coffee out on the porch before walking 30 steps to the beach. Luis, the property manager, was extremely communicative, gave great recommendations, felt like he was invested in our time being the best it could. He was also out every morning at sunrise cleaning the beach and organizing chairs to make sure it was perfect for everyone staying there. I was traveling with my partner. We are in our early 30s and it was exactly what we’re looking for. Not loud at all. A few other people staying there with a similar vibe. Pretty much our own private paradise. The place is on a dirt road that has guards 24/7 that you had to show your exact QR code to to gain entrance making the whole thing feel very safe. The guards were very nice. 10/10. Would definitely come back and encourage everyone we know to stay here. If you’re looking to party, this is not the spot for you. If you are looking for great food nearby, easy access to Tulum downtown, and Cenotes 1000% this is your paradise. "

"This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive. I slept very well…the bed was very comfortable. Then Matias…he did a video of me that was soooooo beautiful. I mean…I speechless as I came to do absolutely nothing…which is surprising being I always do activities and take pictures. They let me stay a lil longer for my flight. Arranged my transportation to and from the airport and even off the bay to go to Tulum. I most definitely will come back and thank you guyz again🥹❤️"

"The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. "
