"Waited 2 hours after check in. When they called for room it came up as spam and no message was left. We just happen to be around the corner so stopped in to see if it was their call and it was. They did give us 2 free continental breakfasts and $21 food & drink credit. Went for breakfast and there were at least 10 people in line ahead of us. We were told at least 20 minute wait. We had already been in line 10 minutes. As we stood there we saw 8 empty tables. When we asked about the empty tables we were told "we are making a wait list". The night before we just want to relax and have a drink so we went to the bar on the second floor and were seated on the patio. After being ignored for 15 minutes we left. We went to bar downstairs they were much more friendly and entertaining. Hot tub did not work which sucked after a 10 hour plane ride. Talked to other guest and everyone we spoke to were all disappointed with the waits and service. It was very heartbreaking to hear an elderly couple trying to check in at 6 pm and being told their room was not ready. They visible looked exhausted. That is not right on so many levels. Check in is at 4 pm. You need to make sure rooms are ready. There were plenty of employees standing around maybe cross training would be beneficial to get rooms clean. We are avid NCL cruisers and are on many NCL Facebook pages where we share our experiences and trust me we will be sharing our experience at the hotel."

"During our stay at Aquarius Vacation Club in Dorado, we found several policies and timing limitations that significantly affected our overall experience. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and upon arrival, guests are required to sign agreements that include a $25 fee for unreturned pool towels and up to a $150 charge related to balcony door usage due to condensation concerns. While we understand the intent behind these policies, the way they are presented feels restrictive rather than welcoming. Additionally, the pool bar and restaurant operate only from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Given the late check-in time, by the time we accessed our room, stored our luggage, and changed, we had very limited time—approximately 30 minutes—to enjoy these amenities on our first day. We also inquired about using the pool after check-out to make up for the limited access on arrival day. Unfortunately, we were informed that this is not allowed unless an additional day pass is purchased. As a result, what is marketed as a “two days, one night” stay feels more like a half-day experience with an overnight stay, primarily serving as a place to sleep rather than a full resort experience."

"My family and I stayed here while the kids were on spring break. It’s in a great location with lots of walkable dining options. The hotel has a restaurant as well, personally breakfast was our favorite meal there. Our room was a bit tight for a family of 4 but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The staff were extremely nice. We loved the hot tub and the pool. I would definitely come back."

"This is a great place to stay if you want a quiet getaway. There aren’t any walkable restaurants. So you would need to drive if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. There is only one place to eat which has a variety so that was ok for us. But overall the place is clean and very pretty beach. "

"This was the second time I’ve stayed at the Caribe Hilton. Grounds beautiful, staff very pleasant, food at restaurants delicious. A little bump checking in, resolved. Walls in rooms paper thin. Could hear people in next room clearly as though one room. Tile floor treacherous when wet. Overall nice stay."
