We loved staying here. Beautiful place inside and even has a shared rooftop space with some loungers. Highly recommend if you want a nice space that is within reasonable proximity to Old San Juan.

The location of the room was ideal for catching an Uber to visit around Viejo San Juan where you can find a supermarket, tourist attractions, and restaurants. — it’s right on the corner & you will hear the traffic from your room.

The spot itself was not bad, close access to everything and the room was well advertised. Communication with the staff was not the best. Language barrier was not an issue, they just wouldn’t respond to requests/needs.

The location is good. However, we were disappointed in several things. The floor was filthy. The coffee pot did not work. The kitchen had only a few things. There was no soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We had to go and purchase these. The furniture was dirty, some even had stains. The one good thing, the bed was comfy and the sheets were clean.

The property has a few Pro's and Cons that can make or break your stay depending on what you are looking for in a hotel/airbnb. The Pros: Great location, free parking, Air conditioning, Running water (even with the drought in P.R.) Full kitchen, Hot Water The Cons: Super dirty floors (They looked like oil had been spilled on them and no one bothered to clean it up), No sheets for the sofa bed (we had to purchase some at walmart), The parking around the corner is shared, and at night it becomes a paid parking for all the clubs in the neighborhood which is kind of annoying to get in and out), Apartment 6 has 2 chairs right in front where people smoke and all of that filth gets into the apartment (This should be noted for non smokers online so you're not given this unit). Like I said at the beginning these are things that can be overlooked depending on what your going for in your vacation. In my case I was looking for a walkable location to all of the tourist attractions nearby, and this location was exactly that. I would definitely stay at this location again if needed but I'd bring a bottle of Ajax to clean the floors on the first day I arrive.

Great spot and very clean apartment. It was a little hard to find and parking was full when we came in. We parked in street so it worked out. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance and is close to beach trail to run, bike or walk.
